Audit Committee:

This committee is composed of two members selected by the Nominating Committee and shall serve one church calendar year.

• The chairman shall be appointed by the Nominating Committee.

• The two members are to meet at the end of each church year to review with the church treasurer, the financial records of the church for the past year by normal accounting procedures and submit to the church a report of the finds of that review.
